If you owned one or more Giga Watt Tokens on November 19, 2018, you may be entitled to a cash award as part of a class action settlement.

A Settlement has been reached to resolve a class action lawsuit against Perkins Coie LLP, Perkins Coie U.S., P.C., Perkins Coie California, P.C., and Lowell Ness (collectively, “Perkins Coie”). The Settlement will provide $4.5 million to pay Class Members who submit valid claims, for notice and settlement administration costs, for Plaintiff’s Counsel’s fees and expenses, and for a Class Representative service award as awarded by the Court.

The Settlement resolves a lawsuit over whether Perkins Coie improperly released money deposited in its escrow account that was paid to purchase Tokens representing the right to use the Giga Watt Project’s cryptocurrency mining facilities.
